1. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot verify your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

2. Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not inflate a “original” price for the purpose of showing a discount — where a struck-through price appears, it is a genuine former price.

3. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery across India, and any additional methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. Repeated refusal of delivered Cash on Delivery orders may result in the method being withdrawn for your address.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, strikes, regional restrictions or courier delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy page.

5. Returns

Your return and refund rights are set out in the Refund & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Product presentation

We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but screens vary and slight differences in colour are normal. Natural fabrics may show minor irregularity in weave or shade; this is a property of the material rather than a defect.

7. Intellectual property

The NUÁURA name, the crown mark, the wording “Leave Your Trace”, and all photography and text on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or place orders fraudulently. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order.
